Real Time Account Status
Your account(s) are listed and their status is kept in real time. Any issues concerning your accounts will be brought to your attention here. This includes payment and support status. As well as you payment history and all invoices.
Online Payment
through the Account Status section, you can bring up your form for online payment with a credit card. To ensure security on our end and yours, the whole Customer Service area is 128 bit encrypted, password protected, and every credit card payment is processed by a person.
Trouble Tickets for Support
This is the new way to contact Higher Designs with any issues, problems, requests or notes. By submitting a trouble ticket to us, a record is kept with your account (which you can remove later), one is kept in the administration/support account and one is emailed to the webmaster. Your ticket will be replied to and a response will be posted with the ticket in your account.
Customer Information
Our customers are what matter most and we like to keep their information up to date. We will never keep a record of credit card information, much less post it, but everything else that we have on record is displayed for you to inform us of any changes.
